I created the Ground & Glow Mindfulness card deck for my senior capstone BFA project. The goal of the cards is to blend mindfulness tools with an impactful visual identity. This project aims to make mindfulness and positive thinking more engaging and accessible. The design elements of the deck include hand-drawn illustrations and gradients created from reflective mirror paper, which speak to the project’s overall theme of self reflection and self image.
